Turn your old leads and past customers into new revenue
You already paid to get those leads. Our AI reaches out with a personal, relevant message, answers questions in real time and books the ones who are ready.
- AI agent
Hi James, this is the AI assistant for Kestova Family Dental. It’s been about a year since your last cleaning. Want me to find you a time?
- Customer
Oh wow, yes. Evenings are best.
- AI agent
Thursday at 5:30 PM is open with Dr. Kim. Shall I book it?
- Customer
Yes please.
- Past patient re-booked
- No staff time used
- Revenue tracked
The problem we solve
- Most businesses have hundreds or thousands of old leads and past customers sitting untouched.
- Mass text blasts feel spammy, get opt-outs and rarely turn into conversations.
- Nobody on the team has time to have hundreds of one-to-one conversations.
Set up and managed for you
Ideal for: Businesses with hundreds of past leads or customers in a CRM, spreadsheet or phone history.
List cleanup
We de-duplicate, remove opt-outs and check that every contact has valid consent before anything is sent.
Personal openers
Messages reference what the person asked about before, not a generic coupon.
Two-way AI conversations
When someone replies, the agent answers, quotes and books in real time.
Handoff to your team
Warm, ready-to-book conversations are sent to your closer with full context.
Reconnecting with past clients at a small accounting firm
Illustrative example with a fictional business.
Pellwood and Strand, a fictional accounting firm, has a few hundred past bookkeeping and payroll clients who drifted away over several years. After a consent review removes contacts without valid permission, the AI sends small waves of personal texts and emails that mention the service each client used before and ask whether they would like help again this year. A former payroll client replies that she has hired two people and is behind on setup. The agent, which identifies itself as an AI assistant, explains it cannot give tax advice, asks a few scoping questions and books a call with a partner. Replies like 'not now' are logged with a note, and anyone who opts out is removed at once from every list.
From kickoff to live
Export your list
From your CRM, spreadsheet, booking software or phone history.
Compliance check
Consent, opt-outs and quiet hours are verified before the first message.
Send in waves
We send in small batches to protect deliverability and tune the message as replies come in.
Report
You get a list of replies, booked appointments and revenue attributed to the campaign.
What you receive
- A cleaned contact list with duplicates merged, opt-outs removed and consent status recorded for each contact
- Segment-specific openers written around what each group bought or asked about before
- A wave schedule that protects your sending reputation, with stop rules if opt-outs rise
- Conversation rules for objections, questions and handoff to your team
- A final report listing every reply, booked appointment and contact to revisit later
When we’re not the right fit
- Lists that were bought, scraped or collected without consent for the channel. We do not message them.
- Businesses without capacity to take the appointments a campaign creates in the following weeks.
- Very small lists where a personal phone call from the owner would work just as well.

Frequently asked questions
How fast does reactivation produce results?
Replies usually start the same day the first wave goes out. How many turn into sales depends on your list size, age and offer.
Will this get my number blocked?
We only message contacts with valid consent, use a registered A2P campaign, send in waves and honor opt-outs instantly. That is what keeps numbers healthy.
Which contacts can you message?
Only contacts with valid consent for the channel. In Canada, CASL implied consent expires (for example, 6 months after an inquiry), so we check dates before sending.
Is text or email better for reactivation?
It depends on the consent you hold and the age of the list. Text tends to start conversations faster, while email suits longer explanations and older contacts. Many campaigns use both, each only where consent for that channel is on record.
What kind of offer works best?
Usually a relevant reason to reconnect rather than a heavy discount: a seasonal check-in, a new service, or a simple question about whether the original need was solved. We test two or three angles in the first waves and keep the one that gets real conversations.
What happens to people who reply 'not right now'?
They are tagged with the reason and a suggested follow-up date in your CRM, so your team or a later campaign can reach out at a better time, with consent still checked before sending.
Can we run reactivation more than once?
Yes. Many businesses run it seasonally or whenever a new segment of older leads builds up. Each run starts with a fresh consent and opt-out check.
