Revenue & Retention Automation

Reviews & Reputation

More reviews, faster replies, and a profile that earns the click on Google and in AI search.

Why it matters

The problem we solve

  • Happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own, so the reviews you do have can tilt toward the occasional bad day.
  • Unanswered reviews, good or bad, signal to future customers that nobody is listening.
  • Owners know they should ask for reviews and reply to them, but it is the first task to drop on a busy week.

In practice

Checkout week at a coastal boutique inn

Illustrative example with a fictional business.

The Saltgrass Inn, a fictional twelve-room inn, sends every guest a short thank-you text the morning after checkout with a link to its Google profile. Every guest gets the same message, whatever kind of stay they had. A family who loved the breakfast leaves five stars, and the AI drafts a warm reply that mentions the breakfast and invites them back; the manager approves it in one tap. Another guest leaves two stars about a noisy air conditioner. The owner gets an alert with a drafted reply that apologizes, explains the unit has been replaced and invites the guest to get in touch directly. She edits a line, posts it and forwards the issue to maintenance. At month end, the report shows that noise came up in several reviews.

How it works

From kickoff to live

01

Connect your profiles

We link your Google Business Profile, Facebook page and other review sites you rely on, so new reviews arrive in one place.

02

Set the request moment

We trigger a request after the visit, stay or completed job, by text or email, to every customer, with a direct link to leave a review.

03

Draft replies in your voice

AI drafts a reply to each review using your tone and approved facts. You approve, edit or let low-risk replies post under rules you set.

04

Watch and report

Negative reviews trigger an alert to the owner with a suggested response, and a regular report shows volume, rating trend and common themes.

Honest fit check

When we’re not the right fit

  • Businesses that want to ask only happy customers or route unhappy ones away from public review sites. That is review gating, and we do not build it.
  • Anyone looking for written, incentivized or purchased reviews. We only help real customers leave honest ones.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you filter out unhappy customers?

Never. We ask every customer, not just happy ones. Filtering who gets asked ("review gating") is prohibited by the FTC and by Google’s policies.

Do you write reviews?

Never. We only make it easy for your real customers to leave honest reviews, and we help you reply to them.

Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?

We advise against it. Google's policies prohibit incentivized reviews, and the FTC's rules on consumer reviews treat incentives tied to a positive review as deceptive. A simple, well-timed request is the cleaner path. Your counsel has the final say.

Will AI replies sound generic?

Not if they are set up well. Drafts reference what the reviewer actually mentioned, follow your tone guide and avoid repeating the same phrases. You can require approval on every reply or only on reviews below a rating you choose.

Can you remove bad reviews?

No one can remove a genuine review simply because it is negative. If a review breaks a platform's content policy, such as spam or a review about the wrong business, we help you flag it through the platform's own reporting process.

Does replying to reviews matter for AI search?

AI assistants and search engines draw on public review content and business responses when describing local businesses. Steady, honest reviews and thoughtful replies give them more accurate material to work with.
