Integrations & API Development
If two systems should talk and don’t, we connect them reliably, with monitoring.
The problem we solve
- Staff copy orders, contacts and invoices from one system into another by hand, and every copy is a chance for a typo or a missed record.
- Existing connections built with no-code tools break quietly, and nobody notices until a customer or the accountant points out missing data.
- Years of records sit in an old system you want to leave, but the export is messy and no one trusts it enough to switch.
What you get with Integrations & API Development
Ideal for: Businesses with disconnected tools or data stuck in old systems.
- API and webhook integrations
- Two-way data sync
- Data migration and cleanup
- Monitoring and alerts
How a regional freight broker could stop re-keying loads
Illustrative example with a fictional business.
Drovemark Freight Partners, a fictional regional freight broker, books loads through a transportation management system, invoices in accounting software and tracks carrier documents by email. Coordinators enter every load three times. Here is how connecting the systems would work: a delivered load triggers an invoice draft with the right customer, lane and accessorial charges, while carrier paperwork arriving by email is parsed and attached to the matching load. If anything fails to match, a coordinator gets a message in the team chat with the record and the reason, rather than a silent gap. Month-end reconciliation becomes a review of exceptions instead of a full re-check.
From kickoff to live
System inventory
We list every tool involved, what data each one owns, how often it changes and which system should be the source of truth for each field.
Feasibility check
We review each vendor's API, webhooks, limits and access requirements, and confirm what is reliable before committing to a design.
Build and test
We build the integration with retries, duplicate protection and logging, then test it against real scenarios, including failures and partial data.
Migrate or go live
For migrations we run a trial import, reconcile counts with you and then perform the final move. For live syncs we switch on gradually and watch closely.
Monitor and maintain
Alerts notify us when something fails, and we update the integration when vendors change their APIs.
What you receive
- Integration design document showing data flow and source of truth
- Production integrations with retries, logging and duplicate protection
- Monitoring and alerting routed to your team channel or email
- Data migration scripts with reconciliation reports
- Credentials stored in a secure secrets manager under your accounts
- Runbook explaining how each integration works and how to pause it
- Full source code ownership
When we’re not the right fit
- If a native integration or a simple Zapier flow already does the job reliably, we will point you to it.
- If a vendor offers no API, export or email output, some connections are not practical, and we will tell you before you spend anything.
- If you need a real-time trading or safety-critical control system, that calls for a specialized engineering firm.
Integrations & API Development connects with

Plus most tools with an API. We connect where the vendor provides API access; names are trademarks of their owners.
Frequently asked questions
What if the software has no API?
We look at exports, email parsing or other options and tell you honestly what will be reliable.
Do you need vendor approval?
Some platforms require partner approval or a paid API tier. We check this during discovery.
How long does an integration take?
A single, well-documented connection is often a matter of days to a few weeks. Integrations involving older systems, many fields or a migration take longer, and we confirm timing after the feasibility check.
Which system becomes the source of truth?
We decide that field by field with you. Clear ownership prevents two systems from overwriting each other.
How do you protect credentials and data in transit?
We use least-privilege API access, store secrets in a secrets manager rather than in code, encrypt data in transit and log each sync so changes can be traced.
What happens when a vendor changes its API?
Monitoring usually surfaces the change quickly. Under ongoing support we update the integration and test it before switching back on.
Can you clean data during a migration?
Yes. We can merge duplicates, standardize formats and flag incomplete records for your review before anything is imported.
