Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
iOS and Android apps built on one codebase: customer apps, staff and field apps, and internal tools.
The problem we solve
- Your field and warehouse staff work from texts, paper checklists and phone calls, so updates arrive late and photos or signatures go missing.
- Repeat customers have to call or fill out a long web form every time they want to book, reorder or check on status.
- Previous app attempts stalled in design, ran over schedule or ended with a product that was hard to update once the original developer moved on.
What you get with Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
Ideal for: Businesses whose customers order or book repeatedly, or whose staff work in the field.
- UX/UI design
- iOS and Android app from one codebase
- Push notifications
- Backend and admin panel
- App Store and Google Play publishing
- Analytics
One app for the whole visit at an HVAC contractor
Illustrative example with a fictional business.
Vintermoor Heating & Cooling, a fictional HVAC contractor, runs a dozen service vans. Technicians call the office for the next address, photograph equipment on personal phones and fill out paper work orders. Here is how a staff app would change the day: each technician sees the day's route, customer notes and equipment history. On site they work through a checklist, attach photos, capture the customer's signature and mark parts used. If a part needs ordering, the office sees the request right away. When the job closes, the summary and photos sync to the office system and the customer receives a completion message. A companion customer app could follow in a later phase so homeowners can book seasonal maintenance and see visit history.
From kickoff to live
Product discovery
We define who uses the app, the handful of tasks they must complete quickly, and what the first store release needs to include. Everything else goes on a clear later list.
UX design and prototype
We design the key screens and test them with real users from your team or customer base before development begins.
Build in sprints
We build iOS and Android from one codebase, connected to your backend or a new one, with test builds on your phone at regular intervals so you see progress as it happens.
Store submission and launch
We prepare listings, screenshots and privacy details, submit to the App Store and Google Play under your accounts, and handle review questions.
Updates and support
We monitor crashes and usage, keep the app current with new OS versions, and ship improvements in planned releases.
What you receive
- iOS and Android apps from a single React Native codebase
- Backend and admin panel to manage users, content and data
- Push notifications and in-app messaging where needed
- App Store and Google Play listings published under your accounts
- Crash reporting and usage analytics
- Full source code, build configuration and documentation
- Release roadmap for features beyond the first version
When we’re not the right fit
- If a mobile-friendly website would serve your customers just as well, we will say so before you invest in an app.
- If you need advanced 3D graphics or a game engine, a specialized studio is a better fit.
- If the app has no clear repeat use, store downloads alone will not create engagement.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the app?
You do: the code, the store listings and the developer accounts.
What affects the timeline to launch?
Typically 6 to 12 weeks to the first store release. The main factors are the number of user roles, offline needs, payments and how much backend already exists.
Can the app work without signal?
Yes, for field apps we can store checklists, photos and notes on the device and sync when the connection returns. We plan this in discovery because it shapes the design.
How do you handle app store reviews and rejections?
We prepare the submission against Apple and Google guidelines and respond to reviewer questions. If a reviewer requests changes, we make them and resubmit.
How is user data kept secure?
Secure sign-in, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and careful handling of tokens on the device. We only request the phone permissions the app actually needs.
Who handles updates after launch?
We can, as part of ongoing support, including updates for new iOS and Android versions. Because you own the code and accounts, you can also move maintenance in-house.
