AI Audit & Roadmap
Know exactly where AI will pay off in your business before you invest in it.
The problem we solve
- Vendors pitch AI tools every week, and without a clear map of your own operations it is hard to tell which ones would actually help.
- Teams experiment on their own with consumer AI tools, sometimes with customer data, and leadership has no view of what is being used or where.
- Time is lost in repetitive work that everyone has accepted as normal, so it never appears on anyone's list of problems to fix.
What you get with AI Audit & Roadmap
Ideal for: Owners who know they should use AI but aren’t sure where to start.
- Interviews with owner and team
- Process and tool review
- Missed-call and lead-response check
- Prioritized roadmap
- Presentation call
How an accounting firm could find its real bottleneck
Illustrative example with a fictional business.
Bramlett & Oyelaran Advisory, a fictional small accounting practice, assumes it needs an AI tool for writing client emails. Here is how an audit could change that picture. Interviews might show that staff spend the most time chasing missing documents during busy season, re-entering details from client intake forms, and answering repeat questions about deadlines. The roadmap would then rank a document request portal with automated reminders first, intake form extraction second, and a client-facing assistant for routine questions third. If two staff members are pasting client details into a free chatbot, the audit flags it and recommends a short usage policy and a business-tier tool. The partners leave with a clear sequence, not a pile of ideas.
From kickoff to live
Kickoff and goals
We agree what matters most to you right now, such as growth, margin, response speed or staff workload, and who we should speak with.
Interviews and observation
We talk with the owner and team members in each role and watch how work moves through your tools, calls, inboxes and handoffs.
Tool and data review
With read access, we review the systems you already pay for, how data flows between them, and whether it is clean enough to automate.
Opportunity scoring
We list each opportunity with effort, expected impact, risk and dependencies, and rank them so the order of work is clear.
Roadmap presentation
We walk you through the findings and roadmap on a call, answer questions, and hand over the documents for you to keep.
What you receive
- Current-state process map for the areas reviewed
- Ranked list of automation and AI opportunities with effort and impact notes
- Lead-response and missed-call findings where relevant
- Risk and data-handling observations, including current AI tool use
- Recommended tools, build options and a sequencing roadmap
- Recorded presentation call and the full written report
When we’re not the right fit
- If you already know exactly what you want built, a scoping call is faster than a full audit.
- If leadership is not available for interviews, the roadmap will lack the context that makes it useful.
- If you want a vendor sales pitch dressed as advice, this is not that; we recommend what fits, including tools we do not build.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy something after the audit?
No. You keep the roadmap whether or not you work with us.
How long does an audit take?
Typically 1 to 2 weeks for a single location, longer for multiple locations or departments. Most of that time is on our side; your team's involvement is a few scheduled conversations.
What access do you need, and how is it handled?
Read-only access where possible, granted to named people and removed when the audit ends. We do not copy customer data out of your systems, and we can sign an NDA before we start.
Will the roadmap only recommend your services?
No. Some recommendations will be off-the-shelf tools, settings changes in software you already own, or process changes that need no software at all.
Can the audit focus on one department?
Yes. Many companies start with the area that hurts most, such as sales follow-up or back-office admin, and extend later.
